When the distance is relatively close, it is generally composed of two universal joints and a sliding spline pair, without axial tube in the middle. When the distance is relatively far and the length of the transmission shaft exceeds 1.5m, it is often divided into two or three, with three or four universal joints, and the last one with sliding spline pair, the rest with intermediate support structure. A typical intermediate bearing is generally composed of a cylindrical ball bearing, a bearing seat, two oil seals, a rubber pad, a grease nozzle. The intermediate driving shaft is connected to the frame beam by the intermediate supporting bracket, and the axis line of the intermediate driving shaft is required to be perpendicular to the middle supporting plane. Generally, the intermediate support of the drive shaft is required to be arranged on the first critical speed node of the drive shaft system. In use process, need to maintain on time commonly. In the universal joint, sliding spline pair, middle support and other places with grease nozzles, it is necessary to add regular grease according to relevant regulations. There is also the use of maintenance-free transmission shaft, in the universal joint and the middle of the bearing bearing bearing is reserved grease, do not need regular filling grease.
