Fault: four different operating conditions, the drive shaft issue "word" or "quack quack when, when" sound.
The phenomenon started in the car and sudden changes in speed, drive a "honk" sound; in the car when a "quack, quack, when when" sound.
Reason
The flange fork bolts loose.
The moving angle of the main and driven parts of the universal joint is increased.
The cardan shaft is badly worn.
The cardan flange of the universal joint is loosened.
Universal joint bearings wear loose.
Sliding fork wear loose.
Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
With a hammer gently tap the cardan flange disc connection, check the tightness of loose open fault caused by connecting bolt looseness.
Check the universal joint flange bolts, if loose, then the fault caused.
Use both hands to hold the universal joint and the main and driven parts of the slip fork to check the angle of movement. When the moving angle of the universal joint is too large, the abnormal sound is caused; the moving angle of the sliding fork is too large, and the abnormal sound is caused by the abnormal sound.
Fault five: continuous beep in operation.
The phenomenon of a continuous "hum" noise in a car, the higher the speed, the greater the noise.
Reason
Rolling bearings lack oil, ablation or wear seriously.
Improper installation of the intermediate support, resulting in additional load and abnormal wear.
Rubber ring damage.
The frame deformation causes the front and rear connecting parts of the axis to produce abnormal wear in the projection of different lines in the horizontal plane.
Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
Grease the intermediate support bearing.
Loosen all screws to tighten the rubber ring until the drive shaft turns a few turns and then tighten.
Fault six: there is abnormal noise in the running, accompanied by body vibration.
Phenomenon more than the middle speed will appear abnormal sound, the higher the speed, the greater the noise, when reaching a certain speed, body vibration. At this time, if immediately coasting in neutral sound, is more intense, when reduced to the medium speed, the vibration was slightly decreased, but the transmission shaft noise still exist.
Reason
The shaft is bent or the balance plate falls off.
Intermediate bearing bracket and rubber ring wear loose.
The spline fit of the sliding fork of the drive shaft universal joint is slack.
The fixing bolts of the front and back support of engine are loose.
The engine parts are unbalanced.
Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
Periodically sound, should check whether the drive shaft bending, balance block fall off, universal joints, sliding fork spline is loose.
Continuous vibration should check the middle bearing bracket and rubber pad ring whether the radial clearance is too large, if good, can remove the bearing bracket, check whether the middle bearing loose and support bolts are loose, etc.. If the drive shaft assembly is good, check that the engine is firmly secured.
