1. The sliding spline and the universal shaft bearing are different

Phenomenon: when the tanker is moving, a periodic sound will be emitted, and as the speed increases, the sound will become larger and larger, and the body will still shiver with severity.

Cause of failure: deformation of transmission shaft; The flange of the transmission shaft and the shaft tube welding skew; Imbalance of transmission shaft; The fixed bolt of the transmission shaft hanger is loose or the hole position is deflected.

3. The middle suspension bearing is different

Phenomenon: the tank car makes a sound and sound during the driving, and the sound increases with the increase of the speed.

Cause of failure: the middle bearing of the transmission shaft is worn, the middle rubber support is damaged or the hanger is loose and so on.

3. Removal of transmission shaft

Use a wrench to remove the four bolts and nuts of the transmission shaft front end with the transmission shaft flange and the brake drum of the parking brake. Push the drive shaft backward.

Main note:

4. Check the surface of the axial surface of the shaft with needle indentation, and if there is deep indentation, it should be replaced; If the radial clearance of the cross shaft is greater than 0.35 mm, the axial clearance is greater than 0.15mm and should be replaced. The cracked or the bearing seat (outer ring) should be replaced after inspection. Check whether the clearance between the shaft bearing and the original of the cross shaft is too large. If it is worn too much, it should be replaced.
