2, in the car every 7 days or 2000 kilometers must be universal joint, middle support and sliding spline lubrication check, such as bad lubrication should be added to the car special grease. No. 3 lithium lipids should be injected in summer and no. 2 lithium lipids in winter.
3. It is strictly prohibited to use high speed to block the starting, fiercely lift the clutch pedal, overload, overspeed and other non-standard operation.
4, because the transmission shaft fastening bolts in the heavy transmission environment is easy to loose, fall off, so the daily maintenance of the transmission shaft is mainly fastening connection bolts and grease. When the universal joint, middle support, sliding spline and other parts of the transmission shaft are filled with special lubricating grease for cars, the nozzle shall be cleaned and unobstructed first, and the clogged or deformed nozzle shall be replaced in time. The amount of oil injected shall be subject to the overflow of new oil. Check the fastening of bolts and nuts of each part of the drive shaft, especially the fastening bolts of the union bolt and the intermediate support bracket, etc., and tighten them according to the specified torque
