The middle support of the transmission shaft is often damaged for the following reasons:

(1) excessive clearance between bolt hole and bolt fit of intermediate support hanger.

(2) frame deformation.

(3) drive shaft unbalance is too large.

(4) middle support hanger rubber pad aging or poor quality.

(5) quality problem of support assembly.

(6) check whether the accessories with extension ends are worn.

(7) check the transmission shaft has no vibration, if there is a dynamic balance should be good.

Shaft middle support bearing use after a short time, will appear the phenomenon such as pitting and spalling, even apart, causing shaft ring jitter of fault, fault of the main reason is that the middle support bearing installation position is not correct, deviated from the original design requirements, when the rotational force, except under the transmission torque must also bear of the additional load caused due to improper installation position, make the bearings in early damage.
