The damage factors of the middle support of the transmission shaft are as follows:

(1) insufficient grease causes bearing damage due to excessive wear.

(2) bearing manufacturing and installation quality problems, such as improper bearing installation, deflection.

(3) the fixing bolt of the support is loose, or the tightening of the fixing bolt is inconsistent.

(4) the transmission shaft is bent and deformed, resulting in unbalance and vibration, causing damage to the middle support of the transmission shaft.

(5) loose connection flange of the transmission end causes damage to the suspension of the transmission shaft due to excessive force.

(6) manufacturing quality problems of rubber sleeve and manufacturing defects of intermediate supporting framework.
