How does the transmission shaft assembly decompose?
1. Take out the elastic retaining ring of the hole with a sharp nipper, gently and evenly strike the head of the steering shaft thread with a copper hammer until the bearing outer ring takes off the inner hole of the bearing, and pulls out the steering shaft bearing assembly from the lower end of the bearing. When the copper hammer strikes the head of the thread of the steering axle, the measures to protect the thread should be taken to prevent the thread from deforming.
2. Check whether the sliding fork assembly and universal joint fork assembly rotate flexibly, whether they are corroded and hairpin. If one of the defects is to decompose the cross shaft with grease nozzle assembly.

4. Remove the bearing according to the graphic method. Note that after inspection, the parts are not damaged and rotate flexibly, so it is not necessary to disassemble and inspect the bearings.
Clean parts with clean gasoline and kerosene. Note that gasoline should not be used to clean rubber seal, and steam or alkaline cleaning fluid should not be used to clean bearings. After cleaning, clean and dry compressed air is used to blow out the parts.
