Transmission shaft assembly in disassembly and maintenance, should be assembled according to the following steps, analysis is as follows:
1 with spline expansion joint drive shaft assembly, after disassembly to ensure that the drive shaft spline joint on the paint label arrow (or steel arrow) and spline hub on the paint label arrow (or steel arrow) corresponding to the load, and ensure that the two universal joint cross axis coplanar.
2. When replacing the drive shaft assembly, the locking bolts (qualified grade 10.9) and nuts (qualified grade 10) should be replaced with new ones. The torque wrench is used to calibrate the tightening torque.
If the drive shaft is connected with M14*1.5 bolts, the tightening torque of the bolts should be in the range of 260-280N.m. Bolt tightening torque is less than the specified value will cause the shaft bolt loosening, torque exceeding the difference will cause the bolt elongation failure, so that the bolt loosening or fracture.
3. When assembling the intermediate drive shaft assembly after disassembly, clean up the glue powder and oil stains on the surface of the connecting bolts, nuts and the intermediate spline joint threads, smear the thread anti-loose glue on the thread part and screw it into the lock, the locking torque is 500 ~ 600N.m, and put it into operation after 24 hours. When the intermediate shaft is installed on the frame beam hanger plate, it should be ensured that the intermediate shaft hanger is perpendicular to the axis of the drive shaft.
4. When disassembling the middle support hanger, ensure that the rubber gasket ring is located in the center of the U-shaped hanger and cannot be distorted, and ensure that the rubber gasket ring is locked after being vertical to the axis of the assembly, and the tightening torque of the bolts fastening the middle support is 120 ~ 160n. m.
