During vehicle maintenance, the transmission shaft shall be reinjected with grease and the transmission shaft connecting bolts shall be fastened, which is very important for the running in period of new vehicles.

1. Before use, the transmission shaft must be filled with special automobile grease at the oil filling places such as universal joint, intermediate support and sliding spline.

2. The lubrication of universal joints, intermediate supports and sliding splines must be checked every 7 days or 2000 km. If the lubrication is poor, special automotive grease should be added. No. 3 lithium grease shall be injected in summer and No. 2 lithium grease shall be injected in winter.

3. It is strictly prohibited to start with high gear, violently lift the clutch pedal, overload, overspeed and other nonstandard operations.

4. Since the fastening bolts of the transmission shaft are easy to loosen and fall off under heavy load transmission environment, the daily maintenance of the transmission shaft is mainly to tighten the connecting bolts and add grease. When filling the universal joint, intermediate support, sliding spline and other parts of the transmission shaft with special automobile grease, the oil nozzle shall be cleaned and unobstructed first, and the blocked or deformed oil nozzle shall be replaced in time. The amount of oil shall be subject to the overflow of new oil. Check the fastening of the bolts and nuts of each part of the transmission shaft, especially the connecting bolts of the lug fork and the fixing bolts of the intermediate support bracket, which shall be tightened according to the specified torque.
