The transmission shaft support assembly shall be assembled according to the following steps during disassembly, inspection and maintenance, and the analysis is as follows:

1. after disassembly and assembly of the transmission shaft support assembly with spline expansion joint, ensure that the paint mark arrow (or steel arrow) on the spline joint of the transmission shaft is installed correspondingly with the paint mark arrow (or steel arrow) on the spline hub, and ensure that the axes of the cross shafts of the two universal joints are coplanar.

2. when replacing the transmission shaft support assembly, replace all locking bolts (qualified grade 10.9) and nuts (qualified grade 10). And use a torque wrench to calibrate the tightening torque during tightening.

If the transmission shaft is connected with m14*1.5 bolts, the tightening torque of the bolts shall be 260-280n M. If the tightening torque of the bolt is less than the specified value, the transmission shaft bolt will become loose. If the tightening torque exceeds the upper limit, the bolt will become elongated and invalid, making the bolt loose or broken.

3. when the intermediate transmission shaft support assembly is assembled after disassembly and inspection, clean the rubber powder and oil stains on the connecting bolt, nut and the thread surface of the intermediate spline joint, and screw in the locking after coating the thread with thread locking glue. The locking torque is 500 ~ 600n m. It can be put into operation after 24 hours. When the intermediate shaft is installed on the lifting plate of the frame beam, ensure that the intermediate shaft hanger is perpendicular to the axis of the transmission shaft.

4. when disassembling and assembling the intermediate support hanger, ensure that the rubber backing ring is located in the center of the U-shaped hanger without distortion, and ensure that the rubber backing ring is vertical to the assembly axis and locked. The tightening torque of the bolts fastening the intermediate support is 120 ~ 160n M.
