Transmission shaft support: the solution to abnormal noise of transmission shaft is as follows:

1. Change the vehicle speed and throttle test during driving. If there is a "clacking, clacking" impact sound, it is likely that the bearing is worn and loose or lack of oil. Sufficient lubricating oil should be added to repair or replace the bearing;

2. When the vehicle starts, there is a "bang" sound or the sound is disorderly. For example, when reversing backward on a gentle slope, there is a continuous sound of "beep, beep". Generally, the rolling needle is broken, broken or lost. It should be replaced with a new one;

3. Check the technical condition of the universal joint fork and intermediate shaft support. If the installation is unqualified, the cross shaft and needle roller are worn and broken, resulting in looseness, and the transmission shaft assembly is out of balance, it should be repaired or replaced;

4. Twist the transmission shaft by hand. If the transmission shaft is loose, it can be disassembled to check whether the bearing is worn or damaged, whether the lubricating oil is stagnant, and whether the support rubber sleeve is damaged. Repair or replace it if necessary.
