1. The flange connections (or connecting bolts) of the transmission shaft are loose, causing abnormal noise.

2. The lubricating grease fittings (commonly known as grease fittings) at various places, the oil passage of the cross shaft is blocked and cannot be filled with grease, the lubricating grease is not filled on schedule, the oil leakage due to the damage of the cross shaft oil seal, etc., resulting in the cross shaft needle roller bearing working under the condition of long-term lack of lubricating oil, resulting in excessive wear of the cross shaft journal, needle roller and sleeve, resulting in looseness and abnormal noise.

3. The universal cross shaft is assembled too tightly.

4. The sleeve and the fork hole of the universal joint are loose, and the bolt of the support plate is loose, which causes the sleeve to rotate, so that the fork hole of the universal joint is excessively worn and loose, resulting in abnormal noise.

5. The spline of the second shaft of the transmission and the internal spline of the flange are excessively worn, resulting in looseness and abnormal noise.

6. The fixing bolts of the middle support bracket of the transmission shaft are loose, the middle support fits loosely with the Journal of the middle transmission shaft, the rear spline of the middle transmission shaft fits loosely with the flange keyway, and the rear nut is loose.

7. The middle support bearing of the transmission shaft is scattered, the bearing raceway is damaged, the bearing is poorly lubricated, and the bearing is loose due to excessive wear.

8. The installation position of the intermediate support bracket of the transmission shaft is skewed, the bearing preload is adjusted improperly, the rubber gasket spacer is damaged, and the deflection of the bracket position is caused by too large or too small tightening torque of the fixing bolt of the intermediate support bracket.

9. The universal joint forks at both ends of the transmission shaft are not in the same plane, which destroys the constant velocity arrangement and causes abnormal noise.
