During the disassembly, inspection and maintenance of the transmission shaft assembly, the assembly shall be carried out according to the following steps, and the analysis is as follows:
1. After disassembly and assembly of the transmission shaft assembly with spline expansion joint, ensure that the paint mark arrow (or steel arrow) on the spline joint of the transmission shaft is installed correspondingly with the paint mark arrow (or steel arrow) on the spline hub, and ensure that the axes of the cross shafts of the two universal joints are coplanar.
2. When replacing the transmission shaft assembly, replace all locking bolts (qualified grade 10.9) and nuts (qualified grade 10). And use a torque wrench to calibrate the tightening torque when tightening.
If the transmission shaft is connected with m14*1.5 bolts, the tightening torque of the bolts should be 260-280n M. If the tightening torque of the bolt is less than the specified value, it will cause the transmission shaft bolt to loosen. If the tightening torque exceeds the upper limit, it will cause the bolt to lengthen and fail, making the bolt loose or broken.
3. When assembling the intermediate transmission shaft assembly after disassembly and inspection, clean the rubber powder and oil stain on the connecting bolt, nut and the thread surface of the intermediate spline joint, and screw in the locking after coating the thread part with thread locking glue. The locking torque is 500 ~ 600N m. It can be put into operation after 24 hours. When the intermediate shaft is installed on the lifting plate of the frame beam, ensure that the intermediate shaft hanger is perpendicular to the axis of the transmission shaft.
4. When disassembling and assembling the intermediate support hanger, ensure that the rubber backing ring is located in the center of the U-shaped hanger and cannot be twisted and deformed, and ensure that the rubber backing ring is vertical to the axis of the assembly and then locked. The tightening torque of the bolts fastening the intermediate support is 120 ~ 160n m。
