Use and maintenance of transmission shaft

In order to ensure the normal operation of the transmission shaft and prolong its service life, attention shall be paid to:

1. It is strictly prohibited to start the vehicle with high gear.

2. It is strictly prohibited to lift the clutch pedal.

3. It is strictly prohibited to overload and overspeed.

4. The working condition of the transmission shaft shall be checked frequently.

5. Frequently check the fastening of the hanger of the drive shaft, whether the support rubber is damaged, whether the connecting parts of the drive shaft are loose, and whether the drive shaft is deformed.

6. In order to ensure the dynamic balance of the transmission shaft, always pay attention to whether the balance welding piece is desoldered.
